Over the past four weeks, the CTO office has driven significant momentum across three strategic pillars: Rogers partnership deepening (RFI submission + selection, Microsoft co-sell activation, GitHub Copilot Centre of Excellence initiation), new client pipeline (Citizens Bank US engagement, Populus project approval, Claude/Anthropic Partner Network), and team scaling (4+ AI-focused hires in progress, two new team members fully onboarded).
